My husband was chatting with a neighbour who mentioned that he had planned a surprise birthday party for his wife that night. Apparently she did not have a 21st birthday party and he organised a party for her only 5 years late. My husband came inside and wanted me to whip up a card for her. No pressure then!
So here is what I came up with.
I had not used the Number of Years stamp set yet so decided to get that out with Mint Macaroon and Watermelon Wonder ink (which I really love). I had the idea in my head of crossing out the 21st to make it into a 26th birthday. Successful? Not sure but I didn't have a lot of time to mull it over.
I also used Timeless Textures to soften the white cardstock with a border and a little bit of crosshatching. I will be keeping this stamp set forever I think!
