It is a home decor piece that includes a wonderful chalkboard easel and 13 interchangeable display pieces. Each one is unique and eye-catching. It's perfect to change up depending on the holiday, an event or just the thought of the day!  And what a wonderful gift it would make! 
You do need to get the coordinating stamp set to finish it as they show; plus a few ink pads too.  

It retires at the end of May and we're not getting anything like it in the next catalog either.

ANNUAL CATALOGUE LAUNCH EXTRAVAGANZA

I figured I'd take up a hot second of everyone's time to remind you about the dratted "No Contact" box in the online ordering system....

You can check to see what your status is by going to my Stampin' Up store and signing in to your account...

Then, once you're signed in, click over on the right side to My Account....

 Then, click the tab that says My Demonstrator.  This next picture shows what will come up...

Take a look at the two little check boxes down near the bottom.  For me to know who you are when you place an order - the box marked "Yes" next to "Allow my demonstrator to contact me with order updates and other important information." has to be checked.  It sort of makes it sound like I'm going to put you on a Newsletter list, sign you up to get my Blog Posts, put you on automatic-distribution e-mails, etc.  In other words...BAD!

But it doesn't and it's not.  It just lets me see your name and e-mail address.  Then I can contact you to thank you for your order, let you know about your Frequent Buyer Rewards. 

That's it!  It's easy to check and easy to fix - just be sure to hit Save Changes.

So - take a minute to explore your account online and make sure you're all set up to get a free catalogue!

Botanical Blooms Bundle

Did you get yours yet?  You can see this beautiful Botanicals bundle on pages 26-27 of the Occasions catalog It's retiring this month.  Well not all of it.... The coordinating Designer Paper is going for sure. It's hard to explain but some of the current bundles in the Occasions catalog that are retiring may be in the new catalog in June but they will not be offered as bundles.  They'll be available singly but not in a savings bundle.  

The stamp set and dies will be in the next catalog but not in the bundle. So if you're wanting it I would get it now while you get 15% off! 

The stamp set and dies will be in the next catalog but the Designer Paper that coordinates with it will not be. Did you know that this bundle includes the paper?  Pretty neat to get them all at once and with the % off you almost get the DSP for free!

Postage Collection

Every second Monday morning I head on over to Summerset Retirement Village here in town to take a class for a few ladies.  This morning we made a more masculine card using retired 'stuff' which I do often with them.

So using the Postage Collection stamp set......

I think the Hodgepodge Hardware embellishment kit was one of the first things I bought when introduced to Stampin' Up and I still have some left.

We also used the postage punch (I think) to punch out the little images.  Even though this has retired, I'll still be keeping it.
