This is another stamp set from the Occasions Catalogue called Balloon Celebration which can be purchased with the Balloon Bouquet Punch as a bundle (and you save 15%) or purchased separately. I didn't have a balloon stamp or punch so I was very happy to see it.
The balloons stamped with 3 different inks and embossed with silver embossing powder before being punched out with the new punch.
