If you are familiar with the Big Shot, you know that there are different types of dies...framelits, edgelits, and thinlits. Some die sets contain a mix of dies that cut only, dies that emboss only, and detailed dies that require extra accessories for best results. With the new annual catalogue, Stampin' Up! decided to create a system that will help you more easily navigate how to build your sandwiches for different types of dies in the Big Shot.
There is a color-coded key on page 215 in the Annual Catalogue that details the sandwich techniques needed for each die type. Refer to pages 215-221 in the Annual Catalogue to see which sandwich you need to use for the dies you own. Below I have listed some of the dies I have.
